jBlog was started in December 2006 while I was studying journalism at the University of Lincoln. Since then it has grown into my most valuable asset.
I am currently a broadcast journalist for the BBC World Service. My work appears on BBC News Online, BBC London, BBC Sport and a few other places.

Just wanted to say that like a lot of people, I’m glad that Hunter Moore’s notorious site is now offline. However, I would like to point out, as I’ve been doing some reseach into the servers used in the event that was still live; that he has handed his whole Gandi account over (Gandi are an ICANN accredited registrar and web host).
So I think, although he did damage some lives, that this is reflected in your BBC article as it shows the extent to which Hunter is apologetic as he at least no longer has access to the content of the site.
