She lost. Everyone I know who’s seen it has been more angry about her salary than MPs expenses.
If she’d told him to put in an FOI maybe she would have come out on top!
@Jim… good point about that question. I hadn’t even noticed — wonder what that says about the standard of our TV anchors at the moment?
@Adam… Someone on Twitter said the ideal answer would have been to just say “This isn’t about salary, this is about expenses — and I don’t claim any.”
