		<description>Since complaints are now described neutrally as &#039;feedback&#039; (as in &#039;Thank you for your feedback&#039;), does the problem exist anymore? Registering a complaint that the BBC will recognise as such has been made extremely difficult. Most of the stuff you talk about above is just noise, and should be ignored while cooler heads deliberate on Brand and Ross (though it made a great story for BBC news).</description>
