The press are making too much over the 17 arrests, that's pretty low considering the amount of people who turned up - there's always a small number of people who will cause trouble (and a few of the police were a little heavy handed ejecting people who were drunk but not disorderly). The tube was packed, but my local pub was very quiet which is unusual for a Saturday, the amount of people who turned out just shows what a mistake this policy is for Boris. It was a good laugh overall.
